Orders and shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada and Australia. Shipping is free on every order, with tracking.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Most orders arrive in 10 to 20 days in the US and 12 to 22 days in Canada and Australia.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. Taxes and import duties are included. You pay only what you see at checkout.

How do I track my order?
We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. See our Track your order page.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering or before it ships. Email us with your order number.

Products

How do I know a product will fit?
Every product page lists the exact size and what it fits. For example, our cat window perch needs smooth glass at least 24 in (60 cm) wide. Not sure? Email us and we'll help you check before you order.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
For products that come in sizes, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send the right size for free. You don't need to send the original back.

Returns and refunds

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Can I return an item I don't want?
Because our products ship from our fulfillment partner overseas, we can't accept returns for change of mind. See our Refund policy for details.

Care and safety

How do I clean my item?
Follow the care instructions on each product page.

Is it safe for my pet?
Please use our products as described on each product page and supervise your pet, especially with anything they could chew. For window perches, mount on clean, smooth glass and check the suction cups regularly.
