Track your order
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Most orders arrive in 10–20 days in the US and 12–22 days in Canada and Australia.
- Find the shipping confirmation email from Buddykind (check your spam or promotions folder too).
- Copy the tracking number.
- Paste it at 17track.net to see where your package is.
No tracking email after 5 business days, or your package seems stuck? Email support@buddykind.com with your order number and we'll check it for you.
