1. Overview
This website, buddykind.com (the "Site"), is operated by Shopora Goods LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Buddykind ("Buddykind", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy policy, Refund policy and Shipping policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you order.
3. Products
We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and product measurements may vary by about 1 inch (2 to 3 cm). Please use our products as described, follow the care and safety notes on each product page, and supervise your pet while using them.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and include taxes and import duties for orders shipped to the United States, Canada and Australia. Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
6. Shipping, exchanges and refunds
Shipping, size exchanges, cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our Shipping policy and Refund policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and the Buddykind name, belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false or misleading information.
9. Third-party services
The Site may link to or use third-party services, such as payment processors and carrier tracking sites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
10. Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in these Terms and our policies, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buddykind and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buddykind from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
