Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Australia.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Our products ship directly from our fulfillment partner's warehouse overseas.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times from the date of your order:
- United States: 10 to 20 days
- Canada: 12 to 22 days
- Australia: 12 to 22 days
These are estimates. Carrier delays can occur, especially during the holiday season.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can follow your package on our Track your order page. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Taxes and import duties
For orders to the United States, Canada and Australia, taxes and import duties are included. You pay only what you see at checkout, with no extra fees on delivery.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We can't redirect packages once they've shipped.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you. See our Refund policy for details.
