Please measure your window first – the glass needs to be at least 24 in (60 cm) wide, smooth and flat. Suction cups hold best on clean glass, so wipe the window and the cups before mounting. Not for textured, frosted or tinted-film glass.

Will it hold my big cat?
It's rated for up to 30 lbs, which fits most cats, including large breeds like Maine Coons. Always mount it on clean, smooth glass.
Will the suction cups fall off?
On clean, smooth glass they hold firmly. Soak the cups in warm water for a few minutes before mounting, press each one flat and tighten the bolts. We suggest checking the cups every couple of weeks.
How do I fold it up?
Unzip the cover, flip it so the mesh side faces up, zip it back on, then fold the perch up against the glass. With the plush side up, the perch stays open.
Can I use it on a sliding door?
Yes, as long as the glass is at least 24 in (60 cm) wide and flat.
How do I clean it?
Unzip the cover and machine wash it on a gentle cycle, then air dry. Wipe the frame with a damp cloth.
Is it safe to leave my cat on it alone?
It's built for everyday lounging. As with any window furniture, check the suction cups regularly and keep the window closed while it's in use.
